You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Driftline for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
Driftline offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that removes the interstitial ad shown after a run; "Restore Hearts" stays available either way via a rewarded ad. Purchases are made through your App Store account and are billed and processed by Apple; refunds are also handled by Apple, not by us. This app is additionally covered by Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) for apps: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Driftline is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app stable and fun, but can't guarantee it will always work flawlessly.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
The app and these terms may be updated from time to time, for example when new features such as ads are introduced.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your own country provides otherwise.
